Cheesy Potatoes

  • 1 10.75 Can of Condensed Cream Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/2 cups of Breakstone's Sour Cream
  • 1 32 ounce package of frozen Southern-style hash browns, thawed
  • 1 8 ounce package of Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 20 Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soup and sour cream in a large bowl. Add thawed potatoes and cheese. Mix until blended well.

Spoon mixture into a 13 x 9 baking dish. Combine crushed crackers and butter; sprinkle over mixture.

Bake 50 - 60 minutes until heated through.
