I have previously written about some budget-friendly and fun food finds at Trader Joe's. We love shopping there because although some beloved and tasty items disappear (chimichangas you are forever missed) new ones are always popping up.  Recently, we discovered some new organic items and snack finds that will be in our cart often!
Organic Corn Chip Dippers - I love corn chips, and now I have a non-GMO (genetically-modified organism) option that is tasty, hearty enough for guacamole or other thick dips, and costs barely more than I used to buy a certain brand name chip only when on sale. Yum.

Fair Trade Organic Dark Chocolate - three ingredients, none of them soy! I don't understand why chocolate makers all over the world think it is okay to put soy (95% GMO) in chocolate. I have now found a healthy, pure and fair trade option with 72% cocoa! Have you checked the price of dark chocolate, of organic dark chocolate? It does not come cheap, unless you get it at Trader Joe's for less than $2!!

Organic Kale - what is this you wonder? It is a super veggie that gives you more calcium per serving than a serving of milk. Take that dairy industry. If you're looking for a new way to get healthy bones and skin, here is a huge bag of organic kale. You could even bake these and make the world's healthiest chips :)

Are you a new Trader Joe's convert? Is there one near you? What new products should they carry next?
